Hey Barry,

Sorry to hear that it's still not working. If you plug a laptop's
ethernet port into the cable where the access point is connected, are
you successfully able to get a DHCP lease? If no, maybe there's a bad
connection somewhere. If yes, then the access point might just need
replacement.
