[UCIMC-Tech] Lots of New Users Last 90 Minutes?

Don't know if any spam settings were adjusted, but on the website we 
just had dozens of new users signing up over the last 2 hours. It 
started right after this user became an admin?
rev.a.r.cline at gmail.com

Is that legit?

The addresses indicate that these folks don't resemble legit users, just 
want to be sure if I block or delete them.
