[UCIMC-Tech] chambana.net Apache not running

Okay, got it up and running again. Not sure what triggered Apache 
restarting in the first place, but there was a misconfiguration in one 
of the sites that caused it to try to bind to port 80 twice. Commented 
that line and restarted.
