This is the first I've seen of this on IMC-Tech, although I do recall 
seeing it on RFU.

I can't speak for either Tech or RFU, but last I recall, RFU still 
needed someone who would take charge of working on the website. Tech can 
put the tools in their hands, but RFU has to have the labor to do it.

Streaming I have no idea about. Technically, once the UC2B port is 
available, there's plenty of bandwidth. But there's copyright fees 
(which are _in addition to_ the over the air fees paid already) and, 
once again, the need for a tech person to hold up that end of things at 
RFU. I know that it's something people always want to do, but like other 
aspects of the station, things are often limited by lack of volunteers 
and funding. When funding is found and people commit to fixing what 
needs fixing, things get done. And vice versa.
