[UCIMC-Tech] Internet Access in BTP room

Techsters,

Is anyone these days able to attend to requests for help with Internet
access for our group?  We have two current needs:

1. Open UCIMC wifi does not have the signal strength to be used reliably in
our 'anteroom' where we pack books and run our Amazon book store.  It will
really help our new Amazon sales volunteer if we can do anything to
increase the coverage to include this room - we used to have good coverage
there but this has changed recently (though I'm not aware that we have
changed any hardware etc).

2. The computer connected to our photo copier (on the West wall) has not
been connected to the Internet in several months, which is a problem for us
when we need to print forms etc.  At one point there were enough ethernet
ports in the room to allow all four of our terminals to be connected.  We
have not changed the computers around but apparently some of the ports are
no longer working or some of our volunteers have been messing with things.

If anything can be done to restore Internet access to this computer and
wifi to our anteroom, it would be hugely appreciated.
