[UCIMC-Tech] sites down

Hi,

	I can’t get to these sites today:

thebikeproject.org
ucimc.org

Last night, thebikeproject.org was down as well.  Didn’t check ucimc.org carefully last night, but I think one attempt to reach it failed.
