[UCIMC-Tech] bikecoop-staff list is losing subscription requests

Hi,

	The bikecoop-staff list seems to be losing subscription requests made from https://lists.chambana.net/mailman/listinfo/bikecoop-staff .
A potential subscriber makes a subscription request on above page, and even sees a page confirming that subscription request.  But then, unlike usual case — moderators get  informed about the subscription request via email and can see subscription requests via the web admin interface — there’s no email and no pending requests shown in the web admin interface.
	 This particular  list requires moderator approval from subscription requests, but note that this feature has worked fine for years. Any ideas what might be going wrong?
