So this is fairly ineffective, and it has been going on for days.

Obviously, Dean is not the right person to call.

The right person to call should be the IMC Technical Working Group, if it
existed.

The right person to call for problems with the radio station, such as the
studio computer
being unable to connect to the transmitter or the station logs in Google
Documents
should be the Chief Engineer, if he existed.
