[UCIMC-Tech] calendar melt down

I just took a look at this. Everything seems to be working fine. Maybe
we can get some more specific feedback on what is missing?

I expect that some events are simply created but not "published".
There are a number of unpublished events listed on the event admin page
that may be the ones that are "missing":
http://www.ucimc.org/admin/events

The Calendar system was created with the following workflow in mind:
- Someone requests and event (anyone logged into the website)
	- events are created but not published
- IMC staff with the right privileges on the website go to the event
admin page and approve them or not
- Approving effectively publishes the requested event and it's placed
then on the calendar.
