[IMC-US-Tech] Creating Topics

"super-user function" (under generate all new)
then "topics"
you'll see that:
-name is teh long displayable name
-filename is what gets used as the topic part of the url
-archiv_url sorts into "events" and "themes"

after you click add, and make your new topic, make sure to go to the
"advanced page" (right under the generate all new button), and click
on the button which will enqueue the "navigation" producer, so the
sidebar gets updated.
