[IMC-US-tech] the dada code

Did anyone ask for help on the dadaIMC support list? This sounds like a
configuration problem. Something like a dozen sites are using dada, and
get plenty of traffic (though without looking at logs it's impossible to
compare with NY).

The question about why the US IMC has settled on dadaIMC is an
interesting one, though. Especially if the idea is for the site to work
just like the global site, why not use the same code?
