i figure that for now we should just follow the general lead of the global
site (but just for us IMCs).  getting the rss feeds shouldn't be to hard
-- we just need someone to (in the words of corporate-consumerist
oppressors) "just do it."

actually filling the newswire by getting the articles and storing a
local copy might be unnecessary--we could just get the rss feed for the
features, display them as links, then, once the editors see a local
feature they want to promote to a US feature, then it can be grabbed...

but for now, maybe we should just start on getting an RSS feed type
setup going?
