any spanish speakers on the list willing to translate the language
bundles?  this can be done through mir, just click on "edit language
bundles" at the bottom.  change won't show up until an extra step is
done through the shell.

actually a lot of these are dead.....

here's how to make a static page:

1) log into mir admin
2) click "new article" under "ADD/EDIT"
3) fill in the fields with your article, and make sure to:
	a) set Article type to "Static"
	b) set "Context title" the intended filename, e.g.
	   use "about" for /en/static/about.shtml
