[IMC-US-Tech] list of syndicated sites

i'm not sure if this is the most updated list, but it is probably
close.

right now the only way to really see which imc's are syndicated is to:

1) look at the database through the mir admin, and see what feeds are
listed.

2) check the error logs to see which feeds actually work(many are
busted)

3) watch the site to weed out feeds that are valid, but way stale.

it would be nice to automate this somewhat.
