[IMC-US-Tech] links to U.S. Indy?

Hey, at some point around lift-off we talked about requesting local IMCs in 
the States to link to the U.S. site in their lefthand columns (like the 
"United States" heading, or seperately). I'm not finding much of that out 
there. How can we revisit this?
