[IMC-US-Tech] .gif turned to .png

hey there,

i just added a .gif to the admin using the images folder.

i added a .gif, but for somereason it got turned into a .png

i am going to turn it into a .jpg and upload it again and use it for the 
left column.

so, feel free to do whatever y'all want to the .png
-- it won't be in use.
