[IMC-US-Tech] topic page layout fixed?

thanks for working on this.

it looks fine to me.

The grey box is nice for the topic page special.

now on the topic pages there is no difference between a promoted  
feature and syndicated feature, since they are all in the same center  
column.

That's how the katrina page is set up, which is fine with me.
