[Imc-web-editor] Another interested web editor

[Stephen Fonzo]

I met today with someone who is interested in becoming a web editor.  His
name is Jacob and his e-mail is udderbot at gmail.com.  He was involved with
the IMC previously through SDAS and is interested in getting involved with
Tech, Web, and Production, as these are all groups that have been
experiencing a rejuvenation.  How does he get access as a web editor?
