OK, I took notes during the meeting, and we will be meeting on 
WEDNESDAYS -- the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month, which in January 
are indeed Jan 8th and 22nd.

Is there any reason why the Greens meeting is a problem/conflict?  They 
meet in the back and are not an IMC working grou.
