[Imc-web] New public i website

Greetings,

	I finally got around to converting the print website to dada,
which will allow public i people to edit their articles, assuming they
create a logon before posting them.  The URL is the same,
http://print.ucimc.org.  The old site is accessible at
http://inactive-print.ucimc.org.  The articles from the old website
have been transitioned over to the new site.  Also, users who have
created logons on the ucimc main site will automagically have logons
on the print site.  Please note that articles posted under the old
print site (and transitioned to the new print site) are not editable.
Only new articles posted while logged in will be editible.  

	Please let web at ucimc.org know of any bugs.
