[Imc-web] Fatal error...

I have raised this issue several times -- we _really_ need this problem
fixed -- it makes it impossible to update any of our info docs, which
means most of our pages are out of date.  Could someone diagnose and fix
the problem?

Subject: [Imc-web] Updating Mission Statement

I tried to correct the UC IMC mission statement in the info docs area
today after I noticed it was in need while working on a press release.
It didn't work and I got this error message:

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: lower() in
/extra0/var/www/ucimc-dada/imc_classes/imc_Info.inc on line 47"

The statement needs this done with the Capital Campaign getting rolling
in earnest. I'd do it, but I can't.
