[Imc-web] oop actually

What looks like happened is that somehow the router itself somehow
became unreachable from the LAN side of the network which is why my
script couldn't initiate the reboot. I don't know if the router
crashed or lost it's identity (didn't know it's IP address) or what...

VERY WEIRD.
