[Imc-web] posting problems

No error msg.  I asked it to let me preview and I didn't even get a 
preview.  It just dumped me into newswire after I hit "publish."  I 
searched around to find it to no avail.

This doesn't look like an of-ic-ee-al bug report, but I hope it helps.
