[Imc-web] Website Down

Zach,
I'm at home on my Earthlink DSL. I tried a rebooting Windows without any 
  luck. I get a message that it's timing out when attempting to contact 
www.ucimc.org on my W98 box and a connection refused message on my XP 
box, both running Netscape 7.02. I tried IE Exploder on the XP box and I 
get a page cannot be displayed message with that. Any ideas?
