[Imc-web] IMCfest 2004

Hey web folks, can we get a feature or a razorwire or something about
the upcoming IMCfests on May 1 and May 5? I know we normally try to
keep promo announcements off of the features page but this is a MAJOR
fundraising event for the UCIMC with 100% of the door going to support
the IMC.
