hi all,

i've just put a press release from the ACLU up as a feature.  i'd like to 
provide some local slant on this (e.g., how the UCIMC is suing the feds 
for their own coverup over the IMC seizure), but don't have the time 
today.  in a nutshell, this is an _incredibly_ important story (a 
presidential order authorizing torture would certainly be unprecedented) 
-- and it needs to get out.
