OK, we'll be starting here, as I think there is support for some action, 
even if not a permanent ban on these low-lifes:

And I'm am going back to cleanup the trash that I first mentioned 
yesterday, along with another spot or two on stories that are on 
display. Check the Hidden Files for the whole package. I'll be glad to 
unhide anything that folks think I've gone too far on. But I'll also be 
cleaning house in such a way that it is clear that we'll be aggressively 
scrutinizing comments from the trolls.
