[Imc-web] proposal to add an editor

Hi all -

I would like to make the proposal that we add Ben Grosser to the list of 
web editors.  Ben has been on the list for awhile, he created the last 2 
site banners, and contributes stories and photos on a consistent basis.

He has probably contributed more photography for our local stories than 
anyone else.

By making him a web editor, we not only have another set of eyes looking 
out for good stories to feature, he can also directly add photos to 
feature stories.

Since we do not meet on a regular basis, e-mail is the only way I know how 
to make this proposal.  

Based on our consensus model, if you have concerns, you need to 
raise them (by e-mailing the list) or I will assume we have consensus and 
work towards getting Ben a login and password.
