[Imc-web] can't edit my article on IMC web site...

Things still seem too hosed for me to edit.

I don't have either 20109 or 20110 in my editable items list (on my edit
user page).

Attempts to directly edit as follows:

http://www.ucimc.org/newswire/index.php?function=edit&id=20109
http://www.ucimc.org/newswire/index.php?function=edit&id=20110

both yield:

Unknown ID Error
Database failed to return a unique record for this query, or you are not
authorized to access that record.

Attempts to directly access 20109 with:

http://www.ucimc.org/feature/display/20109/index.php

also fail with the same error.

Can you confirm that I should just create a brand new article, with you guys
sorting out how to attach the existing comments?

Thanks
R

: Randall,
: Dan L. may have taken care of the problem. However, you may be able to
: only edit your Newswire article. Since I made it a Feature, only an
: editor may be able to edit the Feature version. If the changes don't
: show up as you'd like them, let me know and we'll figure out a way to
: fix it.

: Randall,
:

:
: You're welcome, but I'm worried I broke more than I fixed.

:
: Good news: I gave you permission to edit the article.
: Bad news: 20109 isn't in the database, but appears on the web site.
: Bad news: 20110 is in the database, but doesn't appear on the web site.
:
: If you can edit 20110, perhaps that will fix things. But I doubt it.
:
: I suggest copy-and-pasting 20109 to a text editor, making your fixes,
: and creating a brand new article with a slightly different title.
: I should be able to point the old comments to the new article.
:
: Clint, can you figure out what's happening with 20109 and 20110?
:
: Peace,
: Dan
