Our Jack Ryan tolerance is zero these days. Given his preference for the 
brief, flippant comment and his specific targetting of certain authors, 
along with his persistence here, his comments tend to still find their 
way regularly to the deleted files.

Actually, if someone posts brief comments, seemingly derisive of the 
left or insisting on what it should, in general, be doing, insisting on 
facts that just aren't so, and coincidentally targetting certain 
authors, they very well may sound a lot like Jack Ryan. And 99.99% of 
the time, it usually is.

Of course, people are welcome to disagree and many people do here, but 
usually in terms that don't coincidentally mimic Jack's bad habits. In 
any case, the comments have been restored.
