Andrew has worked with our IMC before, although he's not strictly a 
local reporter. The story is posted a couple of pther places, but no one 
else has featured it, so I'm doing so that it get full syndication.

And it is a story, despite not being on a local subject, that goes to 
the heart of what Indymedia is here for.
