Does anyone know of any UCIMC-specific patches?  I know that some of the
patches were applied manually because the Dada upgrade patches failed
when attempting to apply with patch(1).  Then there were also some bugs
in Dada that have hopefully been fixed in more recent versions.

I don't particularly have the time to do so, but I suggest that we do a
test upgrade of the UCIMC Dada install, play around with it for a short
while (maybe a week), try to find any significant differences between
the current install and the test install, and then do a real upgrade
when it gets the go-ahead.  The other Dada installs should follow from
there and hopefully would be easier.

I think CVS or Subversion would be appropriate, but I don't have much at
stake.
