[Imc-web] ucimc website off-line?

Hi,

When trying to access the ucimc.org website this morning, I keep getting the 
following message:

Database Error
Could not establish database connection.
DB: ucimc and SQL: -->

The administrator has been notified and will resolve the problem ASAP.

I'm sure everyone is aware of it, but since I hadn't seen any discussion on 
the imc-web list, I thought I'd mention it for the record.
