I edited the PSA announcing Champaign's vote to recreate it as a story 
about the vote.

We should get better about providing quick information about outcomes - we 
are better at announcing pending legislation.

One thought is to ask the folks who are rallying for a vote to commit to
posting something right after the vote.  Since the NG doesn't update its 
online version until noon, we could easily become the go-to website for 
breaking news like this.
