[Imc-web] rewrite rules for www.ucimc.org to archcive.ucimc.org....

The rewrite rules do not seem to be working correctly,
and I don't have write access to .htaccess in the
drupal directory.  We're getting about a dozen attempts
per minute to find the old newswire -- most of them surely
spambot origin.  The archive links are not being redirected
to the archive site.

Can someone look into this?
