[Imc-web] rewrite rules for www.ucimc.org to archcive.ucimc.org....

I'd be happy to give it a shot, if I could get
write access to .htaccess, but I don't have it
at the moment.  We have generateed about
200 pages of "page not found" entries in the log
so far because of this.
