[Imc-web] Moving Comments

I tried moving another off-topic post to the proper "hate on UC IMC" 
thread, but something seems to have gone wrong. It disappeared from 
where it shouldn't have been, but did not reappear in "on the money". It 
shows as on display (after I unhid it after Wendy hid it by mistake) but 
I can't see it anywhere.

But the server has gone wonky on cookies and the emails to the list 
aren't getting through, so something is wrong somewhere.
