Hi David,
I happened to save the text of what I tried several times to post 
without luck, getting the blank screen. None of those terms are in it, 
so I'm not sure this accounts for my problem. I do get the same results 
when I try the forbidden terms, so maybe there is some relationship. 
This could explain the issue for the other person, I don't know; their 
problem sounds exactly like mine.

Is it possible to temporarily turn this off and then try posting the 
message that still will not work for me?

Here is the text:

Blago is afraid, very afraid. This is because he's been Liebermanning 
Illinois for the last four years on domestic policies.

 

Blago has been busy enacting Republicanism-under-a-different 
name-DLCism. There's a broad agreement between the entrenched 
"leadership" of both parties. They throw red meat to their bases -- in 
the case of Republicans, terrorism, immigration, abortion, and 
prayer-in-school; in the case of the Democrats -- terrorism, 
immigration, abortion, and gun control -- while behind the scenes they 
are busy lining the pockets of their corporate sponsors.

 

We need alternatives. Frankly the personally-intrusive wackiness of the 
Right offers nothing. Increasingly, the Green Party, the Socialist 
Equality party, and other independent forces within and outside the 
Democratic Party itself do offer substantive ideas -- as well as the 
well-deserved critiques -- of what to do to fix this society.

 

So stand up for the right to electoral alternatives. This is America, 
not the Soviet Union, right? Maybe not. We have a one-party system in 
the US, it's just that like the norm of our consumer dictates, we really 
have two of everything, whether we need it or would be better off 
without the damn system itself.
