[Imc-web] Turning moderation on

Hi Wendy,
Things have gotten worse since we started getting spam with this in the 
title:
Best Online Casinos

These have been coming in at the rate of 10 to 30 a minute at times.

The other big problem is something with a title that is an old edition 
of the UC IMC News Hour from 2002, but I don't remember the exact 
phrasing and that needs to be exact to get rid of it without losing ham, 
too.

Any titles with these in it should also be filtered out:
myspace
Home Page
ringtones
Ringtones

Note that all of these are exact phrase, case sensitive and space 
sensitive, too, maybe?

If David (or you maybe?) can't get a filter set up for these, yeah, 
let's try moderation. WE don't want moderation to send us thousands of 
notices that we have spamthat needs moderated. We may have to actually 
disable posting to turn off the flow, if it does do that in moderation. 
If that is what happens, then we'll have to post a notice that 
submissions will need to be sent to imc-web at ucimc.org so that we can 
post them. And of course, that would crank up the pressure to get some 
alternative up soon. But I think we're getting desperate here and may 
need to take extreme measures, so I'll let you make the final decision. 
Let me know though and I can write the message for the website and get 
it posted, etc, if you want to go that route.
