[Imc-web] My log-in isn't working right.

Hi Phil,
We've begun to have problems with a number of things here and suspect we 
may have some sort of database problem. Some people report not being 
able to post, whether logged in or anonymously, but it is an 
intermittent problem. Try again later and it may work. This is actually 
the first report of a problem specifically with logging in, so it could 
be something else. I'll cc this to IMC-Web in case it's anything simple, 
but we're just holding it together with baling wire at this point.

Actually, we're working on a new website right now, but we're unsure of 
when it'll be rolled out. I hope soon, because we need it to deal with 
the spammers most of all. They've become very high maintenance. Having 
reliability and full functionality back will be good, too.
