[Imc-web] editorial change

Well, given that I've basically left UCIMC and am not doing any
"web editing" at this point anyhow, it probably doesn't much matter.
I'd rather be able to express my honest opinions on IP than have the
dubious "privilege" of being a web editor on UCIMC.
