[Imc-web] WYSIWYG editor...

Dan,
Check the story that Ricky just posted. Something is not right about the 
new editor. It doesn't properly provide paragraph breaks. I could not 
get it to give them to me, either. WYSIWYG is definitely NOT what we're 
getting???
