[Imc-web] edit button

I've fixed the story; I'm a little dubous about the wysiwyg editor.

The trick is, if you use it, you've also got to select "Full html" as
the "input format", or else it filters out the linefeeds. Which
stinks.

I've gone ahead and made this a feature.
