It covers the growing scandal associated with the PTI/Blackwater 
relationship. It is an analysis of PTI director Tom Dempsey's column in 
today's News-Gazette and his future conflict of interest if he returns 
to his post at PTI at UIUC, even if one presumes the complaints against 
Dempsey have not yet been proven.
