This article covers an environmental racism issue. Would this site still 
be sitting there without being remediated if it was in the more 
exclusive 'burbs of Southwest Champaign? I doubt it. The "good news" 
article that was preemptively placed in the News-Gazette seemed more 
focused on communicating excuses from AmerenIP than on the issues the 
neighbors to their property face.
