[Imc-web] trollage

At the moment, nobody can delete that message through the
interface, thanks to a buggy upgrade to php.

I've gone straight into the database and deleted it directly, but
php is apparently serving up a copy it's already cached.

Could somebody restart apache and see if that clears the cache?
