[Imc-web] Re: Fwd: password

Can someone who knows more about the email than I do looks into imc-web 
bouncing messages from non-subscribers? Since contacting the imc-web 
list is the first step for any user having an issue with editorial 
decisions, we need to make sure that it will accept such inquiries and 
not give them a rejection notice.

Since no one was set up to act as list admin or moderator, I added my 
name for that so that someone would at least be notified about issues 
with the list.
