The article expands the coverage of the issues surrounding the 
paramilitarization of Illinois police that have drawn greater attention 
following the scandal and resignation of Tom Dempsey, because of his 
questionable association of PTI with the Blackwater mercenaries. It 
turns out that PTI's relationships with other paramilitary and mercenary 
organizations continue after the UI canceled the memorandum of 
understanding with Blackwater and Dempsey's resignation.
