Comcast reps insist that they mailed notifications to us 2-3 times by snail
mail before the change.  I doubt this since I review a list of all mail that
comes into the building that Joy sends out.  That said, Joy, you should open
all email addressed to the UCIMC, even if there is a personal name on it and
UCIMC.

They say that if we have troubles again, we can either select the "business"
option on phone support and be sent to Chicago to talk to tech support or
select "video" or "new customer" and will be routed to the local folks.  The
local Comcast # is 384-2500.

Their reps apologized profusely, BTW.  I explained that they brought many
non profits to their knees as a result of the change over.
