I tried contacting Ms. Francis this morning. Neither of the phone 
numbers it sounded like that she left is in service. I did find a number 
for the Orpheum itself and contacted them. A gentleman there told me she 
had just taken another phone call, so I left a number for a call back. 
As of 20 minutes later, she hasn't called me back. I'll check later for 
messages and may have more to report.
